Lawal will be a guest on the Sirius XM radio station created by hip-hop icon Eminem and will discuss his upcoming world title challenge against STRIKEFORCE Light Heavyweight Champion Gegard Mousasi on Saturday, April 17, at Bridgestone Arena (formerly Sommet Center) in Nashville, Tenn., on the CBS Television Network (9 p.m. ET/PT).

The highly anticipated bout, which will be the toughest challenge of King Mo’s career, is one of three world title fights on the card featuring five of the top fighters in the world in their respective weight classes.

Unbeaten since he made his MMA debut, the 28-year-old King Mo (6-0) is a former NCAA Division I All-American and Big 12 wrestling champion for Oklahoma State University. With a mere 11 months of MMA experience under his belt, the Murfreesboro, Tenn.-born fighter decimated two-time UFC tournament champion and MMA legend Mark “The Smashing Machine” Kerr just 25 seconds into their meeting with a barrage of punches on Aug. 28, 2009. King Mo is coming off a first round (3:18) KO (punches) win of Mike Whitehead on Dec. 20, 2009.

Tickets for STRIKEFORCE Nashville:  Henderson vs. Shields are on sale at the Bridgestone Arena ticket office, all Ticketmaster locations (800) 745-3000, Ticketmaster online (www.ticketmaster.com) and STRIKEFORCE’S official website (www.strikeforce.com).

In the main event, two-time Olympic wrestler Dan Henderson (25-7), one of the most decorated fighters in MMA history, will make his STRIKEFORCE debut when he challenges Jake Shields, the STRIKEFORCE world middleweight (185 pounds) champion (24-4-1) who has won 13 in a row and is unbeaten since December 2004.

Gilbert “El Nino” Melendez (17-2) will make his first defense since regaining the STRIKEFORCE world lightweight (155 pounds) belt against DREAM Champion Shinya Aoki (23-4), who has won three straight and six of his last seven.
