Henry Namauu vs. Jason “Friday the 13th” Douglas

Henry Namauu:

Henry Namauu defeated Chad Davis with a TKO in the sixth of an eight round scheduled fight on September 3 in the Crown Theater and Night Club Boxing Event. On October 22 Henry will have his hands full when he faces Jason “Friday the 13th” Douglas of Kitchener, Ontario, Canada.

Henry and Jason have a somewhat parallel career. Henry won national and regional titles in Collegiate Boxing as a member on the UNLV’s Boxing Team. In the amateur circuit, he won the USA State tournament and placed second in the USA Regionals as a Heavyweight. He also traveled to Tahiti and knocked out two of the country’s Olympic Boxers, winning
two medals and a gold cup. Henry’s amateur record turning pro was 19 bouts, with 15 wins and only 4 loses.

Now at 26 years old and a Professional Boxer Henry has won 7 fights with 5 of them being KO’s. He has only lost 3 and no draws. He has boxed 41 professional rounds and has a 50% KO record. Henry would like to see a Title Fight in the near future and will be throwing his best punches! The Crown Boxing event on December 3rd may give Henry that opportunity for his first Professional Boxing Title Fight.

Jason Douglas:

Jason Douglas defeated Brent Urban with a TKO in the seventh of an eight round scheduled fight on August 28 at the Emerald Queen Casino boxing event. On October 22 Jason will be in the ring against Henry Namauu of Las Vegas, NV.

The parallel or somewhat career of Jason and Henry. Jason in Manchester 2002 beat Kertson Manswell, Shane Cameron, and David Haye (current WBA Heavyweight Champion), for the Commonwealth HW Championship. He also earned a bronze medal at
the PanAm Games 2003 in Santo Domingo after losing to world champion Odlanier Solis. His amateur record was 88 bouts, with 76 wins (26 by TKO).

Now at 30 years old and a Professional Boxer Jason has won 8 fights with 4 on them being KO’s. He has only lost 2 and no draws. He has boxed 51 Professional rounds and has a 40% KO record. Jason also wants to see a title fight in the near future and will be throwing his best punches! The December 3rd Crown Boxing event may give Jason the opportunity for his first Professional Boxing Title Fight. This fight promises to be a war from start to finish, a knockout loams!

Rocco Santamauro (Las Vegas, NV.) vs. Robert Guillen (Glendale, AZ.)

Rocco Santamauro will put his Undefeated 5-0 record on the line when he faces the durable Robert Guillen who has 10 more Bouts under his belt than Rocco.

Heavyweight Bout
Chad Davis (Phoenix, AZ.) vs. Alvaro Moralas (Las Vegas, NV.)

Chad Davis Heavyweight returns to meet Las Vegas Alvaro Moralas Heavyweight. Davis dropped Henry Namauu in the 3rd round, on the September 3rd card, only to loss on a TKO in the 6th. The Latino Moralas has much to prove when he steps in the Ring with Davis.

Featherweight Bout
Mandy LaPointe (Las Vegas, NV.) vs. Hondi Hernandez (Chandler, AZ.)

Mandy LaPointe earned a return after a splendid effort against the Highly Favored Crystal Hoy, on the September 3rd card, with a draw. The Blond-Blue Eyed Featherweight will get another opportunity when she meets Hondi Hernandez from Chandler, AZ. who has a 5-4-0 record with twice as many wins as Mandy.
