Celebrate International Women’s Day With An All-Female Lineup
To coincide with International Women’s Day on March 8, ONE Championship will celebrate the
occasion with an all-women’s card stacked with fights across MMA, Muay Thai, and submission
grappling.
March 3, 2024 – Doha, Qatar: ONE Championship™ (ONE), the world’s largest martial arts organization, made its historic return to the Middle East with ONE 166: Qatar, presented by Visit Qatar. Three World Title rematches headlined the stacked card.
Cage Warriors – Europe’s Leading MMA Organisation – has today bolstered its 125lb division with the news that one of European MMA’s hottest prospects has put pen to paper on a new, multi-fight contract with the promotion.
Rising star Lone’er Kavanagh will compete exclusively in the famous yellow gloves moving forward, looking to extend his already impressive three-fight winning streak under the CW banner.
Ali Saldoev vs. Zakaria El Jamari will proceed at a catchweight of 137.75 pounds as Saldoev missed weight for his Muay Thai matchup. He will forfeit 25% of his purse to his opponent. Vladimir Kuzmin, who is set to face Zafer Sayik in a 147.25-pound catchweight Muay Thai bout, will also forfeit 25% of his purse to his opponent for passing weight and hydration outside of the designated testing window.
