Baltimore, MD (June 6, 2024) – Jake Smith’s Baltimore Boxing Promotions hosts the first ever “Hall of Fame Fight Night” Saturday, June 15 at Columbus Gardens in Nottingham, MD.
Tickets to “Hall of Fame Fight Night” start at $35 and are on sale now at Baltimoreboxing.com/tickets. Doors open at 5:30 pm and the opening bell is scheduled for 7. The card features more than 10 Olympic style bouts.
Headlining is an exciting showdown between Isaiah Olgubemi and Matthew Allen. A former standout in football and wrestling, Olgubemi won the 2024 National Golden Gloves at 203 pounds. He’ll move up to super heavyweight when he faces the 6’5″ 265 pound Allen. Allen owns an impressive 12-1 record and is a former Washington Golden Gloves champion.
“This is a great main event between two of the top heavyweights in the region,” said Jake Smith, a Maryland and Washington DC Boxing Hall of Famer that has promoted hundreds of cards. “We’ve got a full night of fights featuring local fighters and Columbus Gardens is a beautiful venue.
