Rich Franklin, Vice President of ONE Championship, stated: “We’re excited to kick off our third season in partnership with Prime Video with a blockbuster event like ONE 167. This promises to be the best season yet with a bunch of stacked cards, including two U.S. events lined up this year in Denver and Atlanta. ONE 167: Tawanchai vs Nattawut II is the biggest event of 2024 so far. ONE has the greatest roster of World Champion strikers on the planet and this card is one that’s going to showcase it.”

Tawanchai PK Saenchai, ONE Featherweight Muay Thai World Champion, stated: “The past fight was in kickboxing, I believe Jo was unexpectedly good, I never believed that Jo can be this strong. Jo Nattawut has said many good things about me, now I feel bad, I don’t wanna fight Jo anymore. But, the fight has to go on, and I think that fighting in the Muay Thai rule set will be much more entertaining than in kickboxing.”

Jo Nattawut, ONE Featherweight Muay Thai World Title Challenger, stated: “In the previous fight, I respect the decision that was made. I believe that Tawanchai is very strong and I respect Tawanchai, and I respect the decision that happened last October. The camp has been very good, but to come here and face someone who’s the best in Muay Thai, to win this Saturday I think it depends on the situation. I need to find the opening, what kind of openings I can find, then I will figure out a way to beat Tawanchai.”

Rodtang Jitmuangnon, ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Champion, stated: “Everyone has their opinion, and everyone thinks that they can win in their own way. But the only absolute answer to [who wins this fight], we will see in the Circle this Saturday. I know that Denis has been calling me out many many times and everybody has the right to call someone out, especially Denis, who has been making very good performances. But, this Saturday, you will see Denis, and what he told everyone is a lie and I will beat him.”

Denis Puric, ONE Flyweight Kickboxing Contender, stated: “Look man, I got much respect for the king. I’m gonna go in there, we’re gonna kickbox, right? I’m the best when I just go in there and do my thing, right? Fight my fight. But, just make sure you guys get ready for a spectacle.”
